The only problem that I have is getting an appointmnet with the Doctor of my choice within a reasonable timeframe

I have always been with this surgery. I have always felt valued and the GP's and nurses have explained treatment really well. I have also always been able to get appointments for my children, again treatment, or what to look out for or when to seek further advice have always been fully explained and my mind has been put to rest. One GP said I should trust my judgement as a mother, much needed reassurance for at the time a first time mum. Keep up the good work, you're all doing a fantastic job. :-)

I find this Practice excellent. All the doctors are caring and have time for you. The reception staff are helpful and friendly and do their best to accommodate you. The surgery is always clean, the only one slight complaint is that there are not always enough seats available near the doctor you are due to see, which makes you concerned that you might miss hearing your name called (I never have!) All the nurses have the same high standards and are really friendly.
